Our team has also efficiently addressed customers’ needs, implementing digital training sessions early in the year and revamping small scale physical events when it became safe and necessary.


For 2021 and the year of the OX, we commit to a seamless and personalized customer experience.

Leveraging data and digitalization, our marketing ecosystem and communities will evolve towards more integrated, tailored and optimized interactions.
