Division has the honor to provide Siemens’ PLC components, low voltage parts
and related products for a Hong Qi brand digital factory project in Changchun,
Jilin, in 2021.
Siemens’ PLC, the SIMATIC S7-1500, boasts an impressive
array of features and specs, including CPU command processing times of up to 1
ns, real-time system diagnostics, user-friendly interface, information
security, fail-safe SIMATIC controllers, and fully integrated automation
Protherm (TIA Portal). Such features allow for increased efficiency,
operational transparency, and reduced costs.
The “digital twin” integrated solution offers virtual
simulations of each step of the development process in order to identify
problems and possible failures before the actual parts are produced, granting
the ability to make adjustments at any time during the production process and
allowing for coordinated teamwork between teams in different areas.
With this project as a case in point, moving forward we will
assist more manufacturers in automotive and many other industries to accelerate
their process of digitalization with our selected partners and their digital
products and solutions.
